Description

The Wild West Curing Salt is perfect for food preservation to prevent spoilage and botulism. Pre-mixed salt and sodium nitrite for easy home use, this curing salt will give your sausage a characteristic pink colour. Each 70-gram package does 50 lb. of sausage.


Contains 6.25% sodium nitrite. 

To be used as 1.4 grams per pound of meat. 

Each package will do approximatley 50 lbs/22.6 kg of meat
